Before using services provided by Revo Shorts, you need to read the Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms") and comply with the Terms when you use the services. Otherwise Revo Shorts will not be responsible for any adverse consequences that may occur to you as a result of such subsequent registration or use of our services. And Revo Shorts will reserve the right to terminate your use of our services.

Clause 2. Security of your account and password
2.1 You can use products and services as a tourist when you log in. But we strongly recommend that you use Google or another alternative login method to prevent the loss of your account.
2.2 Revo Shorts reminds you to keep your account and password to your own. You should log out whenever you want to have a break from our services. You are responsible for any theft of your account or password that may occur as a result of improper storage.
2.3 Revo Shorts will not be held responsible for any account insecurity, unauthorised privacy disclosure that are not the fault of Revo Shorts, or any losses arising out of or in connection with such account insecurity or unauthorised privacy disclosure to any party.
Clause 3. How Revo Shorts keep your information secure.
3.1 Revo Shorts takes it as a fundamental principle to securing Revo Shorts users' personal information.
3.2 When you use the other login method to use our services, Revo Shorts will use all possible security technologies and procedures, with which we will establish an integrated information management system as to secure your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
3.3 You may review and modify the information you provide at any time. 3.4 Revo Shorts will not disclose your personal information to any company, organization or individual other than Revo Shorts without your consent, except as otherwise required by laws and regulations.
3.6 Revo Shorts is committed to securing the personal information of minors. If parents (guardians) think it's necessary for their underaged children (especially those who are under 10) to use services offered by Revo Shorts, they may register an account for their children, but the account must be registered in the name of one of the parents (guardians), who will decide whether the services we provide are suitable for the minors. Clause 4. Your commitments to Revo Shorts.
4.1 What you can do on Revo Shorts.
(1) Unless otherwise agreed between you and Revo Shorts, you agree to use our services only for your personal and non-commercial purposes.
(2) You must use our services in ways that are made available to you by Revo Shorts or approved by Revo Shorts. Your rights under these Terms are non-transferable.
(3) You may not use any plug-ins or third-party tools that are not authorised by Revo Shorts to interrupt, destroy, modify, or otherwise influence the services under these Terms.
4.2 Any violation of the above terms and conditions is regarded as your serious breach of the Terms. When such violation happens, Revo Shorts may suspend or terminate your use of our services, withhold the fees you paid as liquidated damage, and make legal claims against you if Revo Shorts' losses exceed the amount withheld from you.
Clause 5. Our services are provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You acknowledge and agree that our services are provided to you to the extent supported by existing technologies and other conditions. Revo Shorts will do its best to provide you with services to ensure the continuity and security of services; however, Revo Shorts cannot foresee and prevent legal, technical, and other risks at any time, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, Trojan horses, hacker attacks, system instability, Service interruption, data loss and other losses and risks may be caused by third-party service defects, government actions, etc.
Clause 6. You need to have a device before accessing Revo Shorts.
6.1 You should understand that you need to prepare your own terminal equipment (such as computers, mobile phone, or other devices) related to related services when you use Revo Shorts' services, and bear the required expenses (such as telephone charges, Internet access charges, etc.).
6.2 You understand and agree that your use of this service will consume resources such as your terminal equipment and bandwidth.
Clause 7. Advertising.
7.1 You agree that Revo Shorts may, by itself or by authorising third-party advertisers to, send you advertisements ("ads") or promotions (including commercial and non-commercial information) in the process of providing services to you. Revo Shorts may at its own discretion change the channels and scope of its ads and promotions without special notice to you.
7.2 Revo Shorts performs relevant obligations to advertisers in accordance with laws. You must at your own discretion judge the authenticity of information in any ads and be responsible for your own judgements. Unless otherwise stated by laws, Revo Shorts is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered as a result of the content of such ads or of your transactions in accordance with such ads.
7.3 You agree that you will carefully judge the authenticity and reliability of the ads shown to you by Revo Shorts. You will be responsible for your transactions in accordance with such ads, unless otherwise stated by laws.
7.4 You agree that you paying for any service or function provided by Revo Shorts will not relieve you from accepting ads provided by Revo Shorts. As this is a valid consideration for Revo Shorts to provide a comprehensive service to all users, your reading these Terms constitutes an acknowledgement and agreement to the rule.
Article 8. Revo Shorts VIP Membership and Automatic VIP Subscription
8.1 Revo Shorts VIP members can enjoy all in-app privileges marked with the VIP logo free of charge during the VIP membership period. If the subscription is not renewed within the specified period, VIP members will no longer be able to enjoy this privilege.
8.2 You acknowledge and agree that Revo Shorts has the right to modify its pricing standards and rules at its sole discretion. Such standards and rules take effect immediately upon publication and constitute a valid part of these Terms. Revo Shorts has the right to determine the pricing standards and methods for the services it provides. Pricing standards and methods may vary for different services, and may also vary at different stages of the same service. Revo Shorts may modify the pricing standards and methods for its paid services based on actual circumstances, and may begin charging for previously free services. We will notify you or post an announcement on the relevant page before changing pricing standards, rules, or methods. If you do not agree to our updated pricing standards, rules, or methods, you may stop using our services. Continued use of our services indicates your agreement to the updated pricing standards, rules, or methods.
8.3 Revo Shorts VIP benefits are exclusive to paid account users and cannot be transferred between Revo Shorts accounts. Giving away, lending, renting, transferring, or selling VIP memberships is prohibited. Otherwise, Revo Shorts has the right to cancel the transferee's VIP account and its benefits without prior notice, and any related losses shall be borne by the transferor and transferee.
8.4 Revo Shorts provides paid viewing and reading services, valid for one month from the date you subscribe to a paid chapter. Revo Shorts only guarantees that you can watch our paid dramas within the aforementioned period. Revo Shorts is not responsible for any malfunctions that occur when you watch dramas after the aforementioned period.
8.5 Revo Shorts VIP Auto-Renewal Service Rules
If you wish to use the VIP auto-renewal service, it indicates that you fully understand and agree to the following terms:
This service is an auto-renewal service provided on the premise that you have obtained VIP service. If you subscribe to this service, it is deemed that you have authorized Revo Shorts to use the Google Play account (hereinafter referred to as the "Account") linked to your VIP account to renew your subscription. When your VIP membership is about to expire, we will automatically deduct payment for the next subscription period. If your account balance is insufficient, your VIP membership will expire at the end of the current subscription period.
8.6 Cancel Auto-Renewal Policy
Payment will be transferred to your Google Play account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. To cancel auto-renewal, you can manually turn it off in Google Play by following these steps:
Google Play In-App Payment Auto-Renewal: Go to Google Play "Home" -> "Payments & Subscriptions" -> Click "Subscriptions", find "Revo Shorts", click "Subscriptions", and then select Revo Shorts VIP to cancel your subscription.
8.7 Top-up
8.7.1 Our products will be purchased with virtual coins, and applicable virtual coins may vary from product to product. When purchasing any product of ours, you must use the right virtual coins that apply to that product.
8.7.2 You acknowledge and understand that you may not trade virtual coins with other users on Revo Shorts. Any trading of virtual coins between users constitutes a violation of these Terms, and Revo Shorts reserves the right to take appropriate measures, without notice, to ensure users cannot trade virtual coins on the platform.
8.7.3 You acknowledge and agree that once you top up, you may not demand any change or modification to that top-up.
8.7.4 When you top up on products provided by Revo Shorts, you must double-confirm the account and other necessary information. You may not place any compensations or claims against Revo Shorts whenever you top up to a wrong account or select a wrong charging plan due to your improper operation or insufficient understanding of our charging policies and suffer any loss or damage because of that.
8.7.5 If you use services provided by third-party payment companies when recharging, you will comply with all terms, rules, and policies of the third-party. You will try your best to secure your personal information, including but not limited to bank account number, password, verification code. You agree and confirm that Revo Shorts will not be held responsible for any dispute arising out of or in connection with payment services offered by third-parties.
8.7.6 If your account is frozen and/or terminated due to violation of the Terms, you may not place any compensations or claims against Revo Shorts.
8.7.7 It there is any mismatch between the amount you pay and the amount we receive due to the failure of our platform, we will make proper remedies to that mismatch provided that the relevant data is restored and you can provide legitimate and valid evidence for that mismatch.
8.7.8 If the amount we receive is less than the amount you pay due to the failure of our platform, we will make up the difference.
8.7.9 If the amount we receive is more than the amount you pay due to the failure of our platform, we will have the right to recover the difference.
8.7.10 You acknowledge and agree that once you subscribe to any drama on Revo Shorts, you cannot apply for any change or modification to that subscription. Unless otherwise approved by Revo Shorts, you may not claim for any refund for the virtual coins you paid for any subscription. Even when there is suspension or suspension of the services provided by Revo Shorts, or when the drama you paid for is removed from Revo Shorts, the virtual coins you paid when subscribing for a pay-to-watch story will not be refunded.
Clause 9. Products or services from third parties.
When you use products or services provided by third parties on Revo Shorts, you must comply with both the Terms and any term of service of the third parties. Revo Shorts and third parties are solely responsible for their own possible disputes within the scope of applicable laws and agreements.
Clause 10. Software.
10.1 You need to download software in the process of using our services, for which Revo Shorts grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license. You may use the software only for the purpose of accessing or using our services.
10.2 In order to improve user experience, ensure the security of our services and the functional consistency of our products, Revo Shorts may update its software. You should update the relevant software to the latest version, otherwise Revo Shorts does not guarantee that it will work properly.
Clause 11. Intellectual property.
11.1 The copyrights or trademark rights of the commercial logos used by Revo Shorts in its services are owned by Revo Shorts.
11.2 The copyrights, trademark rights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, ownership rights or any other rights of all information, materials, texts, software, sounds, pictures, videos, graphics (including relevant software) in connection with services provided by Revo Shorts are owned by Revo Shorts or its right holders, and are protected by relevant legal provisions around the world. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, license, transfer, sell or create derivative works for any such information, materials, texts, software, audio, pictures, videos, graphics, unless you have obtained prior legal authorization from Revo Shorts or its right holders. If you fail to comply with the above provisions in this Clause, Revo Shorts may immediately terminate the provision of services to you without prejudice to other rights, and you must destroy any of the above-mentioned information, materials, text, software, audio, pictures, videos, graphics that you have obtained. Any violation of the above terms and conditions is regarded as your serious breach of the Terms. When such violation happens, Revo Shorts may suspend or terminate your use of our services, withhold the fees you paid as liquidated damage, and make legal claims against you if Revo Shorts' losses exceed the amount withheld from you.
Clause 12. Breach from users.
12.1 You must abide by laws and regulations when using our services, and may not use our services to engage in illegal or unlawful activities, including but not limited to:
(1) Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that endangers national security and unity, destroys social stability, violates public order and morals as well as any content that is abusive, libellous, pornographic, or sexually explicit, violent, and any other content that violates national laws and regulations;
(2) Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, and storing content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, trade secrets and other legal rights of others;
(3) Maliciously fabricating facts, concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;
(4) Publishing, transmitting, and disseminating advertising information and spam;
(5) Other acts prohibited by laws and regulations.
12.2 If you violate this clause, relevant state agencies or institutions may bring lawsuits, fines or other sanctions against you, and request Revo Shorts' assistance. If any damage is caused, you shall compensate according to law, and Revo Shorts shall not be held liable.
12.3 If Revo Shorts finds that the information you publish violate this Clause or receives reports from others that the information you publish violates this Clause, Revo Shorts has the right at its own discretion to take technical measures to delete, block or disconnect the information. At the same time, Revo Shorts has the right to take measures including but not limited to suspending or terminating services, restricting, freezing, or terminating account usage, and pursuing legal responsibilities, depending on the nature of your behaviour.
12.4 You shall be solely responsible for any third-party damage caused by your violation of this Clause, and you shall also compensate Revo Shorts for any damage suffered as a result.
12.5 Any violation of this Clause is regarded as your serious breach of the Terms. When such violation happens, Revo Shorts may suspend or terminate your use of our services, withhold the fees you paid as liquidated damage, and make legal claims against you if Revo Shorts' losses exceed the amount withheld from you.
Clause 13. Compliance with local laws and regulations.
13.1 You should abide by relevant local laws and regulations and respect local morals and customs in the process of using our services. If you act in breach of local laws, regulations, or morals, you should be solely responsible for your act.
13.2 You shall avoid involving Revo Shorts in political and public events by using its services, otherwise Revo Shorts reserves the right to suspend or terminate its services to you.
13.3 Any violation of this Clause is regarded as your serious breach of the Terms. When such violation happens, Revo Shorts may suspend or terminate your use of our services, withhold the fees you paid as liquidated damage, and make legal claims against you if Revo Shorts' losses exceed the amount withheld from you.
Clause 14. Complaints from third parties
14.1 You are solely responsible for the content (including but not limited to web pages, text, pictures, audio, video, graphics, etc.) that you send or transmit via our services.
14.2 The content you send or disseminate should be of legal origin, and the content should be owned by you or you have obtained the authorisation of it from the right holder.
14.3 You agree that Revo Shorts may, for the purpose of performing these Terms or providing its services to you, use the content you send or transmit.
14.4 If Revo Shorts receives a notice from a right holder claiming that the content you send or disseminate infringes their relevant rights, you agree that Revo Shorts has the right to, at its own discretion, take measures such as deleting, blocking, or disconnecting the content.
Clause 15. Force majeure and other indemnification
15.1 You acknowledge and agree that in the process of using the service, risks such as force majeure may be encountered, which may cause disruptions to our services. Force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome, or avoided, and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, plague epidemics and storms, as well as social events such as wars, unrest, government actions, etc. In the event of the above, Revo Shorts will endeavour to cooperate with relevant entities in the first instance to make timely repairs, but Revo Shorts is exempted from liability for any damage caused to you as a result, to the extent permitted by law.
15.2 To the extent permitted by law, Revo Shorts shall not be liable for service interruptions or disruptions resulting from:
(1) Damage by computer viruses, Trojan horses or other malicious programs, hacker attacks;
(2) Failure of your or Revo Shorts' computer software, systems, hardware and/or communication lines;
(3) Improper user operation;
(4) Unauthorised use of our services from you;
(5) Other circumstances beyond Revo Shorts' control or reasonably foreseeable.
15.3 You acknowledge and agree that in the process of using this service, you may encounter risks brought by network information or other users' actions. Revo Shorts is not responsible for the authenticity, applicability, and legality of any information, nor for damages caused to you by infringement. These risks include but are not limited to:
(1) Information containing threatening, defamatory, objectionable, or illegal content from others anonymously or under false pretences;
(2) Any psychological, physical harm and economic loss caused or likely to be caused by others' misleading, deceit or other causes or possible causes due to the use of our services under the Terms;
(3) Other risks arising from network information or user behaviour.
15.4 You acknowledge and agree that our services are not designed for certain specific purposes, including but not limited to nuclear facilities, military use, medical facilities, transportation and communication, and other critical areas. Revo Shorts shall not be liable for any injury or death to persons, property damage, environment damage, etc. if the above operations fail due to the failure of any system or service.
15.5 Revo Shorts obtains the right to deal with illegal content in accordance with these Terms. This right does not constitute obligation or commitment on the part of Revo Shorts, and Revo Shorts cannot guarantee that any violation of the Terms will be detected or dealt with accordingly in a timely manner.
15.6 Under no circumstances should you rely on loans, requests for passwords or other online messages concerning assets or properties. When assets or properties are involved, please always verify the identity of the other party first and keep in mind Revo Shorts' tips on fighting fraudulence.
Clause 16. Effectiveness and modification of the Terms
16.1 By accessing the services in Revo Shorts, you've read and agree to be governed by the Terms.
16.2 Revo Shorts reserves the right to amend these Terms when necessary. You can review the latest version of the Terms on relevant service pages.
16.3 If you continue to use the software or services provided by Revo Shorts when the Terms are updated, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using the software or services provided by Revo Shorts.
Clause 17. Change, Interruption and Termination of Services
17.1 Revo Shorts may make changes to its services, and may also interrupt, suspend, or terminate its services.
17.2 Revo Shorts reserves the right to interrupt or terminate its services provided to you without notice in the event of the any of the following:
(1) You are required by law to submit authentic information about you but you provide information that is untrue or inconsistent with the information you provide when registering for your account and you cannot provide any reasonable explanation for that.
(2) You violate relevant laws and regulations or the clauses under the Terms;
(3) It is ordered by government sectors or judiciary authorities;
(4) For security reasons or other necessary circumstances.
Clause 18. Choice of law and jurisdiction.
18.1 These Terms takes effect and are entered into, performed, and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws (Excluding Conflict of Laws) in the mainland of the People's Republic of China. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws (Excluding Conflict of Laws) in the mainland of the People's Republic of China.
18.2 Should any conflicts or disputes arise between you and Revo Shorts, you agree to negotiate in good faith with Revo Shorts. Where such a negotiation fails, you agree to submit the conflicts or disputes to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration.
18.3 Headings are used in these Terms for reference only and will not be considered when interpreting these Terms.
18.4 If any term, condition, or provision in these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable to any extent for any reason, the remaining terms, conditions, and provisions will continue to be valid and binding to both parties.
